TripAdvisor's Traveler Lists are compilations of the best (and worst) places, activities and things our members have encountered on their travels. They are individual, highly subjective opinions. The opinions expressed are those of TripAdvisor members and not of TripAdvisor LLC. We reserve the right to post traveler Traveler Lists on www.tripadvisor.com, in promotional materials and on other affiliated TripAdvisor sites, without payment. We reserve the right to remove a list for any reason, without notification. Traveler List content must be:

• Family-friendly

We do our best to keep TripAdvisor family-friendly; therefore, Traveler Lists should not contain profanity, threats, prejudiced comments, hate speech or other non-family-friendly content. Traveler Lists should not discuss violent, criminal or drug-related activity, or contain outside links to inappropriate material.

• Original

We ask members not to provide any information that they do not have the permission to make available, such as copyrighted material, trademarks, passwords, confidential information, or intellectual property of any other person. Lists should not contain quoted material from other sources or material published elsewhere, including other travel review sites. You may not post anyone else's contact information or the real name of any other member.

• Individual from a traveler's perspective

Traveler Lists are for travelers, by travelers. They should not be written by ownership or management posing as travelers. Members affiliated with a business or property discussed in a Traveler List must identify themselves as such. Members may not impersonate TripAdvisor staff. Screen names and post content should not contain anything that would indicate you work for TripAdvisor.

• Unique and independent

Members may create as many individual Traveler Lists as they like; however, we will remove any Traveler Lists determined to be duplicates or spam.

• Relevant to other travelers

Traveler Lists should contain travel-oriented material that is relevant and helpful to travelers. They should not contain any personally insulting language or descriptions, smear campaigns, or content which is not related to travel. Traveler Lists should not be used for general political, ethical or religious opinions or to harass or impersonate other members. Traveler Lists should not contain questions or comments directed to TripAdvisor staff, other TripAdvisor members or property representatives.

• Non-commercial

Traveler Lists should not contain any self-promotional material of any kind. We allow links to pages outside of TripAdvisor, but we can only maintain this if it is not abused. We reserve the right to remove a URL for any reason.

• Written with standard e-mail etiquette

Traveler Lists should be written in standard sentence or title case without ALL CAPS, HTML tags, typographic symbols or excessive slang.

• Written in English
• Written by a registered member who is at least 13 years old
