We booked this hotel through Priceline, and were treated very, very well. We soon found that our toilet wasn't working right, and within ten minutes the chief of maintenance had looked at it, decided he'd rather have us in another room, brought two keycards for the bigger room across the hall, and gave us passes to breakfast in the morning. The staff was terriffic and the hotel was lovely.

This hotel was perfect. The staff went out of their way to accomidate all that was asked. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor pool and whirlpool were exceptionally clean. The shuttle service was very convienient and speedy. Next time I visit Phoenix I'll definately be staying here again. P.S. - don't forget to ask for a room with a balcony !!!
