I had a very large and well laid out room for three days at this hotel in BA. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Food and beverage excellent. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I travelled to Buenos Aires for the first time and wanted a hotel that was excellent but not too expensive with a great location. We could walk everywhere from this property to all the sites we wanted to see. Super clean, as we found the city actually (windows everywhere are spotless!). The staff was pleasant, the rooms were spacious, linens excellent, business center offers three computers for emails, excellent breakfast, meticulous service. A nice outside pool, smallish but sparkling. Employee morale seems quite high, professional. Well managed. I would definitely stay here again, and again!

Great location for visiting Buenos Aires...located in the business
section...convenient to Plaza de Mayo, Galleries Pacifica, Puerto Madero, Buquebus Port, Florida Street shopping and a short inexpensive taxi ride to all other parts of the city. Nice large rooms with above average bedding/linens. Breakfast (included with rate) selection was very good, concierge very helpful, check-in and out a breeze and all other services were wonderful. We will definitely stay at the Regal Pacific on our next trip to Buenos Aires. If you want a hotel with a view, gardens and a trendy location this hotel is not for you…however if you want a good value, great service, wonderful room with the best bed to sink into after a full day of sight-seeing or business... then this is the place to be. My only hesitation in writing this trueful review is that the hotel will become so popular that the rates will go up and reservations will be more difficult to book. Buenos Aires is a GREAT city to visit and unlike Rio, we never felt unsafe. Oh yes, on the first leg of our visit...we also stayed at the trendy Park Hyatt Buenos Aires and prefer the Regal Pacific over that very expensive hotel.

Great Hotel in a good and central location in BA.
Comfortable rooms and bedding, friendly service, great breakfast.
Would sure stay here again if visiting BA.
