Nice Hotel and a very good, central location, Naama Bay is literally on your doorstep. We wanted a hotel that we could walk to all restaurants, bars etc. Be prepared however that it can be quite noisey at night, so bring ear plugs! The rooms were very nice and kept spotlessly clean. We were in the Palm area which is about a 5min walk to the pools and breakfast area. The only negatives about this hotel would be breakfast was extremely busy and therefore hard to get tables some mornings. The buffet however was very good and there was a play area for kids. The kids club was a waste of time and our 6yr old was very dissappointed, for a hotel of this size it should have a proper kids club. We visited the sister hotel the Jollie Ville Golf Hotel and they seemed to have an excellent animation team. The pools there were fantastic also so definitely worth a trip. Overall would recommend this hotel.

“didnt want to leave!”

Jolie Ville Resort & Casino Sharm El-Sheikh

Well i just got back from my holiday to the Jolie Ville Casino & in all honesty I must say apart from the minor problems on the last day the hotel was great!

The staff are all very friendly & are happy to help. As some of you may know there are two parts and we were located in the main part after emailing our hotel before our holiday to insure that we were in the main building.

The rooms are lovely & we had a view of the pool. During the first few days we went to the pool & be warned it can get extremely hot by the main pool.

After 2 days by the pool we decided to try the beach & that is brilliant!!

There are activities during the day & the animation team are very friendly.

The snorkeling on the beach is great there a massive fish & loads of little ones that like to swim right up to your face!

In the evening I reccomend going out as Naama bay is just outside the door.

There are loads of restaurants I advise trying some of the ones on the promenade as well as they can be nice.

But my overall favourite reastaurant is a Chinese restaurant called Peking where all the staff are lovely.

Anyway there are loads of stuff to do at the hotel including watersport, glass bottom boats, activities & relaxing things like going to the Thai Welness centre or even if you feel like it the gym....

“fantastic fortnight from start to finish!!”

Jolie Ville Resort & Casino Sharm El-Sheikh

We (myself and my partner) stayed for a fortnight returning home on the 20th June. It was fantastic from start to finish. The accomodation was great, nice big king sized comfy bed, air con, safe in the room, fridge,2 balconies, clean, fabulous room service, the staff cleaning the room were great. We stayed b&b - breakfast amazing - so much choice all good quality. We ate out in the hotel at the beach bar a few times - we stuck to mainly salads and the sandwichs/burgers. we ate in the orangie on the italian themed night for £22 each expensive but oh so worth every penny. one of the best meals I have ever had. The staff were fantastic everywhere - really a pleasure. They couldnt do enough and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is on the doorstep literally of Naama bay which was fabulous. Noise was never a problem, the room was very quiet.Though after being in the 40 degree sun all day we didint need rocking..struggling after 11 oclock!!!...

we tried diving - booked independently prior to going that was good, but not for us. the snorkelling in sharm is amazing had great fuin doing that. We did the quad biking again - that was fab. Book it with a local agent when you get there...and dont miss it its great!! We also went on day trips to Cairo - which I expected to hate - but didnt. It was brilliant. Some many contrasts in one place..the pyramids, the sphinx, the eygptian museum, the camels, the pony and traps, the poverty, the wealth - such extremes -, the city of the dead, the Nile...and thats before we went to the souk!! Amazing. But fly. for the sake of 30-40 quid it is so so worth it. We also went to Jerusalem - flying there was not an option - got picked up at midnight and returned back at 2am the following day. Totally exhausting but very very good. The border was a bit on an ordeal, the Dead Sea was an experience - felt really oily - and Jerusalem itself was great to see and wouldnt have missed it for the world. A great day, but very in depth -,and by the end of it was totally and utterly jiggered, but very glad we went. Alot of people who went were staying at the Taba border, just be aware if you go from Sharm it is a good trek on the bus. Israel was quite a bit more expensive too - but that may just have been the 2 places we visited.

All in all a fabulous fortnight, would thoroughly would recommend this hotel to anyone - all ages - you will love it!! ...I am struggling to find its equivilent in Morocco for sept and am struggling...I have been spoilt!!!!

“travelled with child”

Jolie Ville Resort & Casino Sharm El-Sheikh

just back from 2 week stay at this hotel. Travelled with my husband and 18 month old son. we stayed on a B&B basis which was good as we ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and found it to be quite expensive for what we got. Many nice restaurants just outside hotel. highly recommend Maharaja restaurant (Indian), in our opinion they provide the best food and value. We had 3 starters and 2 mains and bottle of wine and water for 38 euro. My husband dived with the Red Sea Diving College most days and he was happy with this. I found the heat too much for myself and little son, so we stayed indoors from 11-4. They have about 4 movie channels in the rooms which is great if you are travelling with kids, they also have 2 kids channels which show tweenies, barnie and postman pat every day. They have a small kids pool which can get very busy after 11am. There is a kids club there for kids 4 and over. I did not use this as my son is too young, but did have a look and found it to be quite run down. There is never a problem getting sunbeds, also loads free throughout the day, never full. I did not find this hotel particularly luxurious in any way but the staff are wonderful. All the staff seemed to love kids and always stopped to chat with our son. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they truely are so friendly. The gentleman who cleaned our room Ali was brillant. Alaa and Mohamad at the pool always put towels out each morning for us even though we didt not ask for this. They reserved the same pool seats for us for the whole 2 weeks. As we had our son with us we were quite limited with what we could do and see and explore. There are plenty of trips that we could have done and it would have made it a better holiday, we previoulsy had stayed in Luxor a few years back and went on trips everyday so this was quite a different experince with our child with us. If I could do it over again I would have booked somewhere less hot and less far to travel as to suit our son. I was quite limited with how I could spend my day with him, not much to do but watch movies, but if you have no kids and want to explore egypt this is as good a base to start. we flew with Futura airline and it has to be the worst airline I have ever flown with. we have travelled quite a bit all over the world but this was bad. The most cramped seats ever and no meal or drinks served as part of your flight. we booked through panorama and they told us that meal was included (not true!). Its a six hour flight so very bad!! I would not return to this hotel as it was not what I expected in a 4-5 star level.
