Yesterday I booked a room with your service for my fiancé and I to stay over night at the "El Greco Motel" in Atlantic City.
We checked-in around 10:00pm at the motel. The front desk gave us room #409 on the 4th floor. When we open the door the room reeked of urine. We turned on the A/C to air out the room and went to the hotels for some gambling. We got back to the room at 4:00AM just to find that the urine smell was not gone. I went down stairs to complain to the front desk and the person at the desk told me that it didn’t smell like urine. I said “come up to the room and see for yourself. He refused to check out the smell. I returned to the room and told my fiancé what happened. She told me don’t worry and get ready for bed. When I pulled the bed covers down the sides of the mattress hade blood stains all over them. We got our stuff together and returned the key to the front desk and left for our 2 ½ hour drive back to NYC. That motel was the most discussing place I have ever stayed. Monday morning I’m contacting the health dept. and reporting them. It’s a shame that you have such a place listed in your site. I’m also contacting American Express to stop payment to the El Greco Motel and contact the local news. If you can help me in any while to correct this problem, please do so.
