My girlfriend and I stayed at Trump Marina for two nights. We loved the room. It was very comfortable and very clean. We each had our own bathroom. The funiture was nice and contemporary. The room service cuisine was very good. We stayed on the 26th floor. I am going back tomorrow for a 3 night getaway. I love Trump Marina and I can't wait to get checked in again. The employees were simply marvelous. They were very personable. I have received numerous enticements to stay again which makes me feel quite special. Trump Marina gets 5 stars from me.

This place was the absolute worst. It looks like a run-down relic from the 70's, there's no beach, the restaurants were abominable, but the biggest disappointment of all was the staff. They were the rudest, most hostile "hospitality" people I've ever encountered. The Trump One Rewards card never racked up anything. I even went to the desk twice. I blew hundreds of dollars and didn't earn so much as a credit for the penny slots or even a free keychain. The On Demand system in the rooms kept having glitches so you'd lose whatever movie you paid to watch then spend the rest of your stay trying to get them to take it off the bill. The bathrooms were old and gross with no ventilation. Don't eat at the overrated Harborview "Fine Dining" restaurant. The service was poor, the staff were snobs and the food was bland and overrated. The only redeeming things were the decent pool and the good maid service. Pay the extra for the Borgata or a rent a place in Brigantine and travel the 5 minutes to enjoy the Deck at the Marina...at least the boaters were friendly.

We reserved a One Bedroom Suite at the Trump Marina. When we got there at 4:30pm, we were told that the room was not ready, even though check-in was supposed to be 4:00pm. Front desk said room would be ready at 6:00. We asked if it would be possible to check out later the day after, since we were loosing 2 1/2 hours because room not ready. They said to call the manager in the morning to ask for late check out. We then asked if it would be possible that they offer us a drink at the bar while we wait for the room. She said she didn't think so, but she would get the manager. We said OK. She came back 5 minutes later and said they had found a room for us!!! I guess when you annoy them enough that rooms suddenly appear. We got to our room which was a one bedroom suite. Room was ok, but not great. It needs some serious renovations. Mold in one of the bathroom, dirty walls in the living room, worn out furniture.

We then went to The Deck, which is the outdoor restaurant on the Marina. Weather was nice, older crowd, food mediocre, but my husband and I still had a great time.

After "dinner", we went to the casino. I have to tell you that there is not much happening at the Trump Marina Casino floor. Really really quiet. We played some Blackjack for about an hour. Then we decided to go to Harrah's. We were told that it was a short walk from Trump Marina to Harrah's. It would not have been too bad I guess if it wasn't that warm out. We didn't really feel safe either. Would not to that again. We took a cab to get back to the Trump Marina for only $7.00. Well worth it. Anyway, Harrah's casino was really crowded and lively. We really had fun.

It was our 6th wedding anniversary, so we really just wanted to enjoy our time in AC, and not complaint too much about food and room. We did have a great time, but the Trump Marina & Casino is not the nicest hotel in AC.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel/casino because we were seeing a comedy show there. As soon as we entered the lobby we were overwhelmed by cigarette smoke. If you are a smoker you will love this place. There are more smoking areas in the slot machines than there are non-smoking and they don't even matter since people smoke in the non-smoking sections. We have been to many of the Atlantic City Casinos and have NEVER had this experience. We barley even gambled--then went outside to escape the smoke.

The room looked good online and the sleeping/sitting area was OK. The bathroom on the other hand was terrible. There was mold in between the tiles of the shower, Some unknown red substance on the bath mat and shaving cream adherent to the shower curtain. The sink had dirt around the edges and the floor did not look clean. Several of the towels had brown stains on them and I had to exchange them with the maid. Also, the walls of the hotel are very thin--every time someone walked down the hall they woke us up. We usually sleep in at hotels--but this time I got up at 7:00 wore my sandals in the shower and then got out of there.

After our terrible experience I found out there is a shuttle between the casinos at the marina. Next time we go for a show we will stay at the Borgata and take the shuttle over.
