Booked this tour online prior to sailing with Carnival. E-mail confirmation was received and was met at the ship terminal as stated. We left on air conditioned bus and were entertained as we rode to the site. Everything was handled by guides. Never had to get up out of the tubes the entire time. When the river was low the guides pulled everyone through. Other people using other guides had to go at it alone. They are much cheaper than the cruise line and you can see a big difference in the guides.
Would use them again.

We arrived on the Carnival Valor and booked this tour via the internet before we started the cruise. On arrival at the dock they were easy to locate and very friendly, quickly whisking you off to your aircon bus....They guides entertain you on the 45 min drive to the caves making time pass very quickly. In the water the guides worked very hard to make sure that everyone kept flowing down the stream and didnt get stuck - not that i can say the same for the cruise ship tours. At the drop off/pick up point there are changing fascilities to get back into dry cloths for the drive back...I would recommend this tour to anyone and avoid booking via the cruise ship...you get better personal treatment!

We have just returned form a cruise vacation which took us to the port of Belize City. A friend of ours suggested Cave-tubing.com in Belize for lack of other atttractions in this port. What a great experience! The bus ride is a little long but the guides made it very entertaining. We can't say enough about the guys who run the show, they like what they do and they work hard to make this a great experience! We have two teenage boys and both said this was the best port that we visited just because of cave-tubing.com! We watched as the people who booked their cave tubing through the cruise line get unguided tours and a much shorter ride, they also paid DOUBLE the price! This is well worth the money!

My family just got back from a trip to Belize, and by far the most memorable thing we did was cave tubing with Yhony. They went above and beyond what we were expecting and made it a fabulous trip. We were picked up promptly from our hotel at no extra cost. The 45 minute bus ride flew by as we were entertained by "Y-honey".

We did the ATV ride first, and were begging to go longer. The trails are immaculately maintained, super muddy, and there is a constant blur of people running around the jungle to help you and take pictures for you. Absolutely it was worth every penny.

After getting hot and muddy riding ATVs we were able to cool off with a short dip in the river before our brief walk through the rain forest. The guides even carried the tubes for my mom and her friend. We put our tubes in the river at the most beautiful spot on Earth. Pictures do not do this place justice! The guides work so hard getting everybody through the tunnels. I couldn't believe how service-intensive this trip was.

I cannot say enough good things about our trip with cave-tubing.com. If you want smaller groups, I would suggest booking on a day when the cruise ships are not in port. We felt like we had the river to ourselves.

There is no question we would book through them again, and we can't recommend them highly enough. They aren't happy until you are happy. They all work so hard, and really earn their money!
