Just returned from our honeymoon at Disneyland. Our travel agent reccomended the Sheraton Park, Anaheim. We had no idea what to expect, but were very impressed upon arrival. The location was key. It is within walking distance to the theme parks (Disneyland & California Adventure). From our 11th floor room, we could see the park, castle, and even the nightly fireworks display. The air conditioning was excellent and a must at this time of year. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large enough with a toilet, and tub with shower, and makeup mirror/sink just outisde the bathroom. The service from the check in desk, cleaning staff, guest services and all others was excellent. The little food store was wonderful, and the produce was a lot cheaper than buying at the theme parks. Restaurants were hit and miss. Molly's (open for breakfast and lunch) was okay, super busy, and bad service, and only okay food. However, the Overland? (dinner) was exceptional. We had dinner there 2 nights. Not only was the food delicious, but the price was right, only about 30$ for dinner for 2. A great deal for the area. We took the 3$/day shuttle from the hotel to the theme parks. And we arranged all our outings (SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Knott's Berry Farm) from guest services. They were very helpful, and even saved us money with deals that we weren't even aware of.

Overall, I highly reccomend this hotel!!!

Family with toddler and pre-teen, stayed 3 nights during busy Holiday week for Disneyland visit. Enjoyed much more than Disney's Grand Californian or Disneyland Hotel.

Great clean and friendly place to stay for the Aussie traveller, we were able to book in on am arrival after long delayed flight.

The beds here are excellent, travelled with my disabled mother and 16 yold daughter , we all had the best nights sleep.

We could see Disney fireworks from our balcony on 9th floor, although is spectacular at disney," A Must see". Shuttle service to disney very good never had to wait .

They have a excellent driver onsite Cedric who is very reasonable , and knows the places to go ,definatly recomend him if you need to get around .

We stayed for three nights at this hotel, and from reading other reviews, I guess the size of the room depends on whether you stay in a regular guest room or the club level. Our room was very small. We were first given a room on the corner, and after waking to the sun directly in my eyes from the corner window, I asked to be moved. I asked for a room with a full balcony, and this room was also very small. The air conditioning unit in the first room did not bother us, but the unit in the second room had a particular hum that bothered my son when he was trying to go to sleep. (I recalled reading that some people were annoyed by the noise.) The pool was nice and getting drinks and food from the snack bar was a nice option. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The view of the fireworks (Disney side) is very nice. The walk is approx. 15 minutes, which is not bad if you're not tired, but seemed like quite a journey when tired and your feet hurt from Disney. The service was overall good and most of the staff is friendly. Molly's for breakfast is good, but I thought a little pricey. If you get a good rate, I would recommend it, but I would not pay a high rate to stay here. Parking was also $14 a day, which can add up, and shuttle service for the hotel would have been nice (like they offer at the Candy Cane Inn).
