Spent 3 nights in this excellent small hotel. Located an easy 3 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe. The room & bathroom were on the small side but adequate. The staff were very helpful and polite with good knowledge of the locality & Paris in general. As we could not find a Post Office to buy stamps I left them with money for stamps & our postcards which they very kindly posted for us. The breakfasts in the room although not cheap were very good. Standard of decor & cleanliness second to none. We would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of our trip and since we were flying out of Paris again decided to rebook when we returned we loved it so much.

The location of the hotel is wonderful just near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. That being said the hotel itself is in a quite street that does not have a lot of traffic that could cause noise.

The staff were lovely and were always very helpful. We arrived and upgraded both times, so the room we had was on the 5th floor and amazing. There was so much space, very clean and well planned out.

We thought the hotel was just wonderful and were very happy to go back!

An absolute delight! We were in Paris for a week with our three teenaged children at the end of a three-week European trip. This small boutique hotel manages to offer all the important services and amenities of its much better-known and much more expensive competition. The rooms are clean, well-appointed with mini-bars, room safes, bathroom goodies and comfortable beds. This hotel really outdoes itself when it comes to its front-desk staff. Each of the five desk staff we met were unfailingly cheerful, polite, enormously helpful and attentive. One truly gets the impression they enjoy what they do and take great pride in making each and every guest as happy and comfortable as possible: A rare attitude these days, even at four times the price of this exceptional little find. A special mention must be made of Yohan. Pulling 12 hr. day shifts on the front desk, he saved our holiday from certain disaster as we had misplaced/left behind critical medication for one of our children. Because it is a drug that is very tightly controlled in Italy and France, we were told that it was entirely impossible to procure (even with a faxed prescription from our Canadian doctor). As we were considering a very early end to our holiday, Yohan took it upon himself to spend 3 hrs. one afternoon turning the citys' medical community inside out. The result was the impossible: Yohan had arranged for a psychiatrist to visit us at the hotel and write a French prescription for our daughter. Additionally, when the evening desk manager arrived, we found he had been fully briefed on our situation and was awaiting the psychiatrist's arrival. Find me a Four Season's staff or anyone at the George V who would go that far above and beyond and I'll pay for your next stay! This lovely, accommodating, ideally located, quiet and pretty hotel has this family's undying loyalty and admiration. You simply cannot go wrong.

I always use trip advisor now due to the honesty and different points of view, and this hotel is an example of how this has worked for me. The details that others gave about the location were not exaggerated. It was located close to major attractions, the metro, taxi stops and the red bus tour stop. There were also many places to eat and shop close by. The best part of this hotel, however, was the customer service. The front desk personnel just couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. They made us feel welcome and when we ran in from the rain they were always there to hand us our room key with a warm greeting and ask about our day. (I normally don’t mind if the desk people are super friendly or not, but in a foreign country it always feels good to have someone greet you warmly in any language.) The hotel was old-fashioned, but extremely well maintained with modern necessities. Every need we had was met. Something important to me, which was a nice surprise, was the fact that the bedroom had a door separating it from the front room (which had a comfy fold out queen bed). I was able to relax and watch CNN while my teenagers relaxed and watched what they wanted in their room as we unwound after a day of sight-seeing. The bathroom was also extremely upgraded and large. The breakfast was typical continental fare (yummy variety of cheeses and baguettes), which they gave the option to have as room service if we wanted. I would stay here because of the hotel alone, but the customer service was a bonus, and it helped to make our stay even more memorable.
