The hotel is situated just off O'Connell Street making it ideal for shopping, buses and tourist attractions. We found the room to be small though adequate and spotlessly clean and modern. We ate in Sir Harry's Bar on a couple of occassions. Whilst the food was good and prices in line with the average around Dublin the service was very slow and a bit disorganised. Breakfast at 12 Euros which included coffee and juice was again about average if maybe a little expensive. We found breakfast was best away from the hotel with many places offereing full Irish breakfast at around 8 Euros. La Pizza on O'Connell Street less than 5 minutes away served a great Irish breakfast including coffee/tea for 8.5 Euros.The internet access in the lobby was useful and the reception staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again if suitable prices could be found on line.

Great prize/value and perfect for walking the town. Staff is friendly and the rooms are all refurbished and clean. Nice bar off the Lobby. Taxi, Bus and sightseeingbus right outside the hotel.

This 4 star hotel is excellent. The location could not be better.
The Airbus will drop you a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.
On the same road you can catch a Dublin bus or the "Hop on hop off" buses to view the city.

The room was very clean, with a lovely bathroom.
The bed had a memory foam mattress and i slept like a log the first night, lovely!
We requested a quiet room so there was hardly any noise at all.
Great shower, good size bathroom. Huge mirrors

Good sized desk/dressing table. Again with large mirror and full length mirror
I liked the fact the kettle etc was in a moulded drawer, open the drwaer and switch the kettle on!

All staff were friendly and helpful.

Food was very good

I would recommend this hotel and if i go back to Dublin i will stay in it again that is for certain

*The only small negative was there was no view, but then we didn't spend alot of time in the room, so it didn't really matter..

Booked a two night stay as a 40th birthday surprise for my wife. Fantastic location just off O'Connell street. We were able to access our room at 10.30. Spotlessly clean and such a comfortable bed. The package included a lounge which was a little wasted on us but for kids it would have been a useful tv room. Bathroom was excellent and the power shower was a blast! TV picture on the flat screen was poor but it wasn't a major problem. Very useful free internet in the lobby and the breakfast was self service and superbly cooked.
My wife was suitably impressed and we would highly recommend the hotel to anyone venturing to Dublin.
