Anyone who simply wants a place to sleep, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! The hotel staff was more than rude, i would even say insulting. Very unhelpful!!!! After calling the morning before arrival, they had cancelled our reservation because the orbitz card declined. After speaking with Orbitz, "the hotel is not supposed to charge the card until after check-out because the account... more

First and foremost, the desk staffer during check-in was very helpful and pleasant. We arrived to find our booking thru Hotwire cancelled with confusion about why. I had to call Hotwire who informed me to rebook or go to another hotel and they would reimburse. We were without transportation and since lobby was clean, attractive and updated, we decided it... more

I had called in the day I was arriving to let the hotel know that it would be a very late arrival. I reached the reception and the lady there was helpfull but not really bothered other than give me my room card, because it looked like I had interrupted her flirting with a guy she was talking to on... more

We stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip. The only thing going for this Holiday Inn is the location right next to the stadiums. We called for a courtesy van from the airport, and after 40 minutes, nothing showed up. After we called back, we found out the manager cancelled our pickup, since our bookings were done via... more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn, Philadelphia Stadium On July 16 and seventeenth and had an overall good stay. There was a church group of younger kids on the 15th and 16th floors, some what rowdy, but the settled down before we went to bed around midnight or so. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous and we didn't have... more

Do not stay at a Holiday Inn! Should you need to cancel your reservation, you will not get a refund! I made a reservation several months ago, and now am unable to get a refund of my Money ($505.00) from the hotel for my reservation. After staying at this very same hotel on my wedding night, I decided to take... more

I checked into this hotel and I thought I was back in the 80's. The carpet was nasty and the a/c was very musty (4th floor). I did get moved up to the 8th floor and this room was a little better. Make sure you get a room with 'blue' carpet, not 'green'. This hotel is 10 min. away from... more

Bathrooms were dirty. Shower had mold on the tiles and all the plumbing fixtures were loose. The hotel room carpet was dirty and sticky. The TV remote did not work. We will not return to this hotel, nor would we recommend it to anyone else. more

We stayed here because of the proximity to the sports complex (Phillies). The property was well-worn and not up to the price. Even though I am a platinum member of the Priority Club, they could/would not accomodate an early check-in even though I called before hand. We had to leave the property and come back in a couple of hours.... more

Stayed here on the 17th and the experience was fine. I was greeted nicely by the staff and they offered Pretzels to everyone. Not being from the area you enjoy the pretzel. The room was acceptable, mine looked directly at the Phillies ballpark. The walk to the game was very easy. The room was as clean as other Holiday Inns... more
