I'm here right now for a business event . I was unimpressed as soon as I walked into my room. It looks a little old (early 1990's maybe) and not in the "colonial" way they probably intended. I found hair (not my own) in the bathroom sink. I've stayed at nicer hotels for a fraction of the high rate here.... more

This hotel is a great option with a great location. It is very clean, the elevators are very fast and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Copley Square area. more

We stayed at the Marriot Copley Square in August. We booked on Priceline for the first time with friends for my birthday. Check in was a breeze, the lobby was clean and pretty, and the check in staff was excellent. I have traveled a lot so I am not that picky but I sort of do love luxury if I... more

We were off to a great start at this hotel. When checking-in, we were offered an upgrade to suite as they were out of x2 queen rooms. I was a little wary as the receptionist advised us that although it was a much larger, more comfortable room - it was very high.... I'm not great with heights..... Anyhow we were... more

I got a really good deal on this hotel. 115 euro a night or something like that. I had been in the same area of Boston 4 months beforehand staying in the Sheraton so I knew what to expect of the area and I thought the Marriott would be a step up. The Sheraton in Prudential isnt getting amazing reviews... more

My husband and I have just returned from 5 nights in this hotel. It was booked some time ago from Purely America. I was a bit sceptical about the reviews but after staying there I can honestly say, our time spent at this hotel was superb. The check in was very quick, I had previously asked for a high floor,... more

I stayed here for 3 nights in early August for a convention. The room was comfortable and clean. However, it was smaller than other Marriott hotels, and the room just felt a little frayed at the edges. The hotel location is great. It was near restaurants, shops, and the convention center. If I didn't have the convention rate ($200/night) or... more

I love Marriotts and when I have a choice will pick them over other chains. While this Marriott wasn't the "best ever", we had a good stay and would book here again. I paid $220/night (plus taxes), so the rate wasn't great, but it's Boston, and the priced seemed to be better or at least comparable with other Back Bay... more

We stayed here for four nights at a convention. This is a nice, very large, hotel, which as a Marriott it should be. Check-in was efficient and we got a 25th floor room with a view of the Charles River. We asked for a King but got two queens. The size of the room was OK, but hardly spacious, but... more

The hotel is fine but nothing special. Definitely not worth more than $200 a night. The interior furnishings are quite worn. The carpet was old with many spots. The comforter also had stains on it. That said the spots were most likely from cleaning the worn out carpet and bedspread. But they were unattractive nonetheless. The first five levels host... more
