My husband and I stayed at the Scottsdale Camelback Resort for a week. We booked a two bedroom because we just needed a little bit more space for golf bags, etc. and didn't want to be tripping over them in an average size condo. The unit was lovely, all updated furniture and kitchen. It was very, very clean. Fresh towels... more

Stayed here for a week in September and what a fantastic place. Good points are accomodation is large and clean, location is excellent as there are shops and restaurants close by and in central Arizona so good for sightseeing. Bad points are noisy air conditioning, bathroom and kitchen areas could do with refurbishment and the restaurant was closed whilst we... more

My wife and I booked a 2 bedroom condo for one week through Thousand Trails/RPI. GREAT DEAL !!! $299 worked out to about $52 per day Including tax. Very nice resort. Pleasant staff at check in. If you ask where anything is they go to their card catalog and pull out a printed paper for you. On it are the... more

I booked this resort through a timeshare exchange and didn't have high expectations, (I hate to be disappointed)! I have to say you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. It is an older resort and from the exterior doesn't look like much. However, it has been very well maintained and has all the ammenities of the bigger/newer resorts. My... more

This is a great place that is close to everything! Great for families (maybe not teenagers) and having your own condo and place to be able to cook and do laundry was excellent. We found it quiet and we were well rested when we left. Going back in July 2008 to sample the heat! more

Scottsdale Camelback Resort (SCR) is a great place to spend a week in the spring! It is conveniently located for all the activities we enjoy in the greater Phoenix area. The resort was built in the early 1980s, but the maintenance and upkeep make for a relaxed and upscale stay. The resort has tennis courts that were recently refinished, a... more

We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. Extrememly clean, it even passed the wifes white glove test. Resort is a little older but very well cared for. Parking right at your door so easy to unload after a day of shopping. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were quiet. Pool was great and restraunt and bar were good too. Staff... more

We were there as a guest of an owner for a week in August, 2007, in a three bedroom timeshare condo. This place is one of the older timeshare properties in Scottsdale - and is, quite frankly, much more intimate and classy than many of its newer competitors. It is extremely well cared for and the management and staff were... more

Seemed nice upon check-in and room was close to the pool area. The place is older from the 70's and needs updating. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. Some of the staff are very polite and some have a attitude. The food menu is very good for selection and price and hours available. Very noisy from the pool area after... more
