This is our second stay at the Sheraton Dessert Oasis and we are really happy with this resort. Yes the concierge desk try and get you roped in for the seminar but we didn't find them too intrusive. The grounds are very well maintained as is the pool area. I do however feel the furnishings are starting to look a... more

The concierge/sales people were very pushy. We did not commit to a timeshare seminar (after saying no to the concierge several times) the 1st day. They called 3-5 times a day to try and book a time for us to sit through the 90 minute seminar. The calls began at 8am and continued on till 9pm. Very annoying. As for... more

We just got back from a family vacation at the Sheraton Desert Oasis. It was beautiful. Great for families. They had many activities throughout the day for kids and the pool allowed for rafts and pool toys, which most everyone took advantage of. I would have to say the most disappointing thing about the resort is the lack of activities... more

The one-bedroom unit that we had was great. It had a small kitchen, a comfortable living room/seating area, and a completely seperate bedroom. Our unit also had a little balcony with table and chairs (unfortunately it overlooked the parking lot!). The grounds were pleasant. They have two pools---one large pool where most of the activity took place with a small... more

My husband and I returned from a long awaited trip for the two of us as our kids were on a mission trip. We really enjoyed ourselves. The unit we stayed in was a studio meaning there was one bedroom and the couch in the tv area pulled out for a bed. The room was very clean and everything we... more

It's difficult to describe how cramped this place is as I did not take pictures. The bedroom barely fits a queen bed with two small bureau's on each side. Put my rollaboard on one side and it feels cramped and crowded. The furniture is jammed into the "living rooom" so that all the furniture is almost on top of each... more

We spent a week at this resort, with a 2 BR unit, and enjoyed it immensely. We even had a weather “adventure”, with temps from115 to 70 (with rain). We have friends in the area, so we didn’t take advantage of the resort activities, other than a wine tasting party, which was fun, and informative. The units were very well... more

This is just an all around outstanding resort! There were activities for the kids, the rooms were roomy and clean. The pool was the best part of the entire trip! When we got there the first night our A/C was not working and it was too late to move (11pm) so we waited until the morning and they upgraded us... more

Very nice hotel and we had a suite rather than a room - kitchen, lounge etc - and was very nice. Had a large pool area and would stay here again. Doesn't have a restaurant as such but they serve food in the pool area which isn't that great to be honest but there are loads of restaurants nearby. We... more

There is nothing special about this hotel. The construction is cheap, the decor is bland, etc, but the price was way lower than anything comparable in the Scottsdale area. Also, the kitchen saved us big money as we were able to cook most of our meals. I figured I'd have to put up with a bunch of timeshare pressure at... more
