I have to say, as a critic of almost all hotel staff....this place was the best I have experienced.....well...minus the Ritz Carlton. But that is a whole different kind of place. We had a 2-bedroom unit which provided two sofa beds in addition to king beds - it would have been nicer to have a better sleeping option.
