I was here on business, definitely not a hotel I would have booked on my own. When I first checked in there was a problem with my corporate credit card. After calling the card company, they offered a manual authorization. Of course, no one at the hotel could figure out how to process a manual authorization, so I ended up... more

The furnishings are looking very tired, and the advertised renovations are definitely needed. The furniture is a bit worn, but useable, although a few things in my room eg desk lamp, microwave, didn't work. Having said that, I got a fantastic deal - I guess they are selling off rooms cheap whilst they wait for the refit. I stayed here... more

This hotel was recommended to me when I was in Phoenix on business due to it's location. I would not have selected it on my own.
