Many complaints of which I contacted the Ramada main office. Plug was broken, stain on bedspread, flat pillows, A.C. not working properly, hot and cold water in shower backwards, pen in room to write list of complaints not working and lets not forget the massive pigeon [-] on the ledge straight out of my window. The good news I was... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here the weekend of 11-8-08 to 11-10-08. We stayed here for Nascar weekend at the Phoenix International Raceway. We booked this hotel because it was the only place we could find which took pets for the weekend. We were not disappointed, but fyi- we got what we paid for. The place was about 20 minutes... more

This hotel was definately a bang for he buck. ROOM: Not the Ritz but definately spacious enough and very clean and well kept. Coffee and refrigerator in the room. POOL: Nice area very clean and very well kept. Great lounge chairs. BAR/RESTAURANT: Good food and drinks at a reasonable price and very friendly bartender with a Boston accent. FREE BREAKFAST:... more

Went to the Fiesta Bowl. I can not believe that Ramada has their name on this hotel. For the cost of $120 per night it was bad. Bedspread and sheets did not fit the bed. We had to call the front desk both nights just to get towels. Older hotel that is in need of some work. The only good... more

We stayed here for 6 nights in March. We were in Arizona for Spring Training. It wasn't horrible but it definitely had a run down feeling. The carpet in our room was awful. Partly our own fault cause it was a smoking room. The pool was neither heated nor clean and I'm not talking just some leaves floating on top,... more

My family stayed here for a family reunion and we reserved 20 rooms. When we called one week before the reunion, we were told that there was a blues grass festival at the hotel and that we couldn't complain about the noise, because they were promised a 24 hr festival. They played until 3:30 the first night and 11:30 the... more

Our visit started out poorly. I'd called ahead to reserve a first floor room for my father (disabled) and me. When we checked in, they acknowledged that I'd ordered a first floor room but had messed up the reservations. As a result, my father had to walk a long distance and climb a flight of stairs. On the plus side,... more

It is now a Ramada but it is not up to those standards. Short-sheeted beds (no fitted sheets). Screwed up reservations (two double beds instead of one king bed--and we even called to confirm 3 days ahead of time). Lame security (they left the building unlocked and at one point even left our room unlocked all day). They deactivated our... more
