The hotel has a great location, the pool although not amazing was adequate and very welcome in the baking Mendoza heat. The room was rather old fashioned, heavy carpets and even heavier bedspread. I guess its not what we expected. Its good for budget travelers. We changed our reservations from Park Hyatt to here based on tripadvisor reviews and rating. Pretty OK location but rooms are outdated bed is unclean service is spotty. Concierge could not get us reservations ever at wineries or restaurants more

On the upside, the location is great and it is easy to walk to many restaurants. Unfortunitly during our 4 night stay, we ran out of hot water twice. Apparently, you are only allowed 15 minutes of hot water. Make sure to use the provided toileries conservatively as they do not replenish during your stay. Also a king size bed... more

We recently stayed at the Park Suites on Mitre for two weeks while visiting our daughter studying in Mendoza. The suite was very nice with plenty of space for us. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Great location and convenient for walking in Mendoza. Highly recommend. more
