The Art Deco is a decent hotel. Its in a great location about 2 blocks from the Obelisk. I stayed here on 2 seperate occasion during my trip to Argentina and both stays were fine. Biggest problem with this hotel is it is extremely noisy. Windows could be made double glass to eliminate the noise. I had to use ear plugs to sleep. more
