I stayed at the Wild Horse Pass Sheraton in Chandler for a Vacation Rental Managers Association conference in October. While the staff was gracious, courteous, and competent, the service was not of the caliber one would expect for this type of resort facility. I waited more than 10 minutes to check just to start things off. Without a car, the... more

I attended a 3 day convention at the hotel and loved every minute of it. The rooms were clean and tribal themed. The lobby with the waterfall was a definite head turner. The pool was clean and the children in it seemed to enjoy the water slide. I liked the Carlos Nakai flute music in the lobby, it added to... more

This was my second trip to the resort. It is a wonderful place to just come and relax. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. The property is well maintained and the spa is immaculate. The service was exceptional. Corry and the bell staff were especially helpful to me and took great care of my 85 year old mother. The... more

We stayed at the Wild Horse Pass a few years ago, so I'm hoping that some of the service issues we experienced have gotten better. We haven't been back since our visit, though, and don't really intend to. Reading the other reviews tells me that possibly some of the service has improved, but there's not much you can do about... more

We stayed at the Sheraton Wild Horse pass for seminars my husband had to attend. The grounds were spread out and well tended. We were frequently greeted by name especially at the spa Yvonne remembered not only my name but what my husband and I liked to have for lunch and always made me feel very welcome. Buy a $40... more

This hotel is strictly for the wealthy. Rooms average $300/night and include absolutely NOTHING for that amount of money. You also get charged additional bellhop and housekeeping gratuities, whether you use the services or not. Even poolside food is charged at auto 15% gratuity. Room service - an additional $3.50 for delivery, plus 23% gratuity. There is nothing within walking... more

We just returned home from a weekend stay to celebrate our anniversary, our 28th anniversary! We wanted to say how pleased we were with the hotel and each and everyone of the employees we encountered. The hotel is just beautiful, from the beautiful lobby to the rooms, the pool, Kosin, the golf course and adjacent grounds, it is just beautiful.... more

As a Starwood Platinum member for 10 plus years we visit many Starwood properties each year and always have great experiences. The one property we are drawn back to time and time again is Sheraton Wild Horse Pass. We truly feel we have friends there, I am going to name a few individuals that no matter how long it is... more

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. There are quite a few different pools to relax at--even one with a sandy beach! We took a fun boat ride to the casino on property, where we saw a javelina and bobcat in the bushes along the way. Exciting! The rooms are nicely decorated and staff very friendly. The only... more
