The Pioneer Inn is a great inn to stay at and minutes away from the Homer Spit. The view is spectacular, especially if you stay on the 2nd floor. The host, Amy, is truly wonderful in giving recommendations and helping you in any way. The price is also very reasonable for the efficiency. more

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Pioneer Inn. Amy is a lovely person and did her best to be helpful with recommendations, etc. We had a living/dining combination and a kitchen that included every appliance but a microwave ( and that is not a negative). Bedroom with a king bed and double closet. Small but nice clean bathroom.... more

Fabulous hotel. Our room was really an apartment: full kitchen with dining table, small living room, and a quiet bedroom in the back. We were happy as clams with this home-y little hotel. Great windows coverings, too. Extremely friendly and attentive owner. more
