We loved the way this place looked on the internet. We drove in town, went to the front desk, and got a room. Our loft was only $50! Nice, well laid out rooms. There are porches where you can sit and watch the sunset, or you can sit on the chairs at the edge of the beach. Stay away from this hotel. Like the review in the lonely planet says, the lobby is very noisy but unfortunately the rooms are not at all quiet like the guide says. There are much better hotels in Tamarindo for the money! more

This is a great place to stay. It is right on the beach with a great restaurant. The restaurant is run by the same people who run the restaurant at Laguna Cocdrillo.
