The TUTAV ADALYA hotel (Iskele Cad. 72), phone (--), www.adalyahotel.com was a pleasant surprise. We had no reservations and were using the Lonely Planet guidebook for Turkey (vastly overrated, will not use their books again). The hotel they raved about wasn't open--we stumbled on this one, asked the price, which was reasonable--45 euros a night for a single--and stayed two... more

Stayed here with my wife for 2 days recently. The hotel is well located right next to the Roman Harbour in the old part of town. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The hotel is quiet. Antalya is a big town and IMHO there's not much charm to the modern parts of it. But there's an old part of town that still has narrow cobblestone streets, and we really enjoyed staying there.
