After reading some very mixed reviews after booking a week all inclusive break at the intercontinental my partner and I were very dubious about how the hotel and more importantly the food would be. Arrival at the hotel We flew with Thomson from Manchester and first impressions were not great when we landed, we were pestered for money by the... more

This is our 2nd time at Taba Heights and we had a lovely time again on our return. The hotel is gorgeous and definately a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious and they have massive beds! They are cleaned daily and the sheets are also changed every day. We went half board this time as we could not get... more

we returned on november 11th 2008 after one week. Overall a reasonable holiday. All of the staff were excellent and could not do enough for you!.We would like to thank Samir ,Ismail,Nesma and Yasmine for their fantastic service. The food did tend to get a bit mundane, but we eat a lot of salads, which were great. This is the... more

The journey was awful, three hours by minibus but at least they stopped for a comfort break at a tented... more

Went with my wife for a relaxing break and this was definately achieved, apart from the flight home which meant we got a night in the Marriott! The Intercontinental rooms appears much better in my opinion compared to the room we had in the Marriott. Weather in October was fantastic, but the sun disappears about 16:30. Beach is spotless, and... more

We got married in September and stayed at the Intercontinental for our honeymoon. Read lots of reviews on here, which were useful, but we decided to try and go with an open mind and make our own minds up. We have mixed reviews really ... Great pools, beach very stony, small reef off the beach with lots of fish that you can walk to see. All inclusive only includes the buffet restaurant where choice of hot food is very limited, hot food poor quality and you will never get a table which is fully set. Don’t expect to get a drink before you have finished... more
