The beach is spacious in conjunction with the Farouz property. This is in contrast to many of the hotels whose "beach" is on a cliff above the water. Wade to see the beautiful and colorful fish at 6am before the hordes of people arrive and scare them away. The tide is low enough at this time of the year to... more

Stayed here in October 2008, booked here because the Hilton El Fayrouz was full. Dreams is perfectly adequate in most respects, however, there are one or two annoyingly poor aspects of it. One is the fact that there are no public toilets (WCs if you prefer) except in reception. This is crazy as when you are by the pool, that... more

Just got back from a week at this hotel with my boyfriend. We went all inclusive and the food was fine (not really sure what everyone is moeaning about), the only thing i would say is, it does get a bit same old by the last few days but in all nice food !! Our room was lovely and the... more

It appears that the Hilton Dreams have pulled their socks up since earlier in the year when poor reviews were been given. I have just returned (20-Oct-08) and I have to agree with the comments. When you go to egypt DO NOT expect top class food, the breakfasts in the hotel were good compared to other hotels I have stayed... more

Just come back from the Hilton Dreams and after reading the reviews was unsure what to think about the hotel and the all inclusive package. The hotel was good and the beach was amazing, with its own reefs with lots of fish, great for snorkelling. Room was clean with a very large bed, but quite far from the reception. Every... more

When we checked in as two couples, we were offered a ‘shared’ room which turned out to be one of their Vacation Club (i.e. timeshare) properties. It consisted of two large double bedrooms, each with separate ensuite bathroom, which were off a 30 ft lounge dining room with kitchenette at one end ( 2 rings, fridge microwave, sink) and opened... more

I stayed at the Hilton Dreams with a friend and have to say that we both had nothing to complain about. I do agree that it is it more 4* than 5* however this didn't bother us in the slightest. The resort is massive, with lots of pool...so its highly likely you will get a pool within rolling distance of... more

Our party consisted of 4 adults in 2 twin rooms staying on a B&B basis. If you are not intending to go outside the immediate area of Sharm then you do not need a visa. If you are the I am advised that it is cheaper to pay for this in American dollars at the airport. If you are considering... more

we have stayed at this hotel for thee consecutive years, and think we will look around for next year. We stayed B&B: positives: good poolside areas with shade; tex mex food good; large rooms; reception staff helpful; generally clean; room service; location. negatives: service in the bar is terrible - long faces and long waits (even when you tip really... more
