The Irish Pub and Inn, built in 1900, hasn't changed much since then. Your experience will be much like the hotel patron of a hundred years ago, with beautiful Victorian decor and no air conditioning. Even the elevator requires the services of an operator. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The pub has great food at... more

We stayed here one night in june, from the looks of it we were first hesitant but got charmed once we walked into the lobby. The rooms might not be the same standard you get in a casino hotel or your standard marriott, but they have a rustic charm (it reminded me of how my grandmas house)! We absolutely fell... more

I began staying at the Irish Pub years ago when I couldn't get free rooms at the casinos, and always loved the old world charm of the 1st floor lobby and the rustic charm of the different rooms. Whenever possible I requested what I called "The Rose Room" on the 3rd floor, as the furnishings were a dusty rose color,... more

We love Irish Pubs and seek them out whenever we travel. Kevin's Irish Pub in Key West wes our favorite... until we visited the pub in Atlantic City. We found it the second night we were there. Tracy was our friendly waitress and we went back every night until we left, We even braved the cold to go see Tracy... more

The only reason we didn't stay here was because we needed a room with a kitchen because there were 7 of us, but we did go here to eat and it is RIGHT of the boardwalk on St James, so great location and GREAT FOOD, what a meal we all had for real cheap! Service was GREAT and atmosphere wonderfull! more

The Irish pub hotel has lots of atmosphere. It links the City's past and needs to be supported as a place to visit. I stayed there with my wife and daughter as well as a couple of nephews who came down to see us from Canada. They thought that the whole of Atlantic city was a bit tacky and that... more

My family was first lured into the Irish Pub 12 years ago by a woman standing at the top of St. James Place handing out menus. I was 15. I have been back countless times since then. I was about 20 when I brought my, now husband, there for the first time. Even though it's a 7.5 hour drive for... more

A great place to get away from the fast paced over crowded casinos and just relax. You seem to melt into your surroundings in the Irish Pub like no other bar/pub I have ever been to. With the right companion and the Pub's coldest pints, time rolls gently by. At first glance I was skeptical but I am so glad... more

If your looking for sparkle and flash... high brow, this is not the place. The Irish Pub is warm and friendly. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. If you plan to stay in a room here, prepare yourself. There is no TV or radio in the rooms. It's clean and comfortable. They have a great jukebox at... more
