Maybe not the top hotel in Puerto Natales although it is listed as a 4 stars one…but comfortable rooms (and warm!), friendly staff at the reception (who does try to help you in spite of their lack of knowledge of the English language), free access to Internet and conveniently located close to the embarking quay (5 min by foot). The hotel has no view. Small clean rooms. The restaurant was full with a group and could not serve us dinner. We had to brave the cold. El Maritimo Restaurant that was recommended was not very good. We stayed two nights here and found it satisfactory but nothing special. Room was a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast average. It's a 10 minute walk into the town and the ferry terminal. No internet access. more
