I contacted the hotel because of the site talesofasia and I knew that the owner was extremely knowledgeable about Cambodia. He arranged for us to be picked us at the Poipet border, which could have been an extremely frustrating experience as we would have been ripped off by the people there as most people pay more than the $20 visa... more
