WOW - simply the best service I have ever experienced. Everything was perfect! From the reception greeting us at the door with "Good afternoon Miss .... we have been expecting you" and sign-in over coffee on a lounge chair to checkout and everything in between. We received top notch service at this hotel the moment we walked through its doors.
