We spent 3 nights here in Puerto Montt at either end of a Lake District trip. This appears to be the newest and best hotel in town. While it still maybe the best bet in town, the place is in need of maintenance. The carpets in the room need to be cleaned or replaced as well as the carpets in the halls. If you have to go to Puerto Montt......and I advise to stay away if you can.......This hotel is the best for the money.Negociate at the desk....they always have room.
