How can I put this ? Where do I start? The reception area exuded defeat and disappointment. The receptionist herself seemed surprised that a 'white' guy was staying at the hotel. For SGD50 this is a terrible hotel. The rooms were so small and water leaked from the closet-sized bathroom onto the old carpets.
