We spent two nights at the Mandarin Oriental and had a fantastic stay. The level of service is superior, the rooms dressed to perfection and the location amazing. The staff try to foresee every potential need you might have such as taxis etc without needing to be asked. The F1 preparation was being undertaken around the hotel and we enjoyed... more

Sorry for the late post but as they say good things to those who wait! Singapore is a vibrant electric city but if you look outside the box it is absolutely beautiful. Rich in natural beauty (the lush green surroundings on every road - corner is an absolute treat!), Singapore exceeded expectations for our annual family holiday. We booked seven... more

This is clearly a greatly loved hotel and for many reasons - not only does it offer all the benefits of a first class city hotel - great choice of restaurants, superb spa, comfortable rooms, good business facilities etc but also a generous swimming pool area with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and resort style service. Food was among the best... more

Hotel itself is very nice, but nothing special. It is very modern but lacks any real charm. We arrived late and decided to catch the buffet before it finished. The cost for two plus one glass of wine and two cokes worked out just under £100!! Food was not of a great standard. Cost of a glass of wine in... more

I can't speak highly enough of our stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore. From arrival to departure we receive the best service of the many hotels we stayed in on a round the world trip. We arrived very early morning after an overnight flight and were greeted with smiles and a lovely breakfast. We had a beautiful suite overlooking Marina... more

The Mandarin Oriental rates as the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment you enter reception you receive a very warm welcome that extends throughout the stay. We stayed on the 14th floor and the room was of reasonable size, but had a stunning view of the water. The bed was easily the most comfortable we have... more

My wife and I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental for 6 days in late august following a 7 day stay at The Regent. We had booked a club room using the Mandarin Oriental promotion with American Express (stay 3 days and pay only for 2). We were quite pleased with the hotel until our 3rd day. Staying in a club... more

The experience begins as you step from the taxi. Hotel staff open the taxi door and take your bag from the boot (trunk) of the cab. You are ushered into the cool, air-conditioned reception lobby. Lobby staff are immaculately dressed in the Mandarin Oriental’s classy uniform. Desk staff smile and greet you as if they are genuinely pleased to see... more

A first class hotel, with top-notch staff and personalized service. Every part of our stay was enjoyable. The moment we stepped out of immigration, we were greeted by our driver in a Mercedes. Upon departure, we were dropped off at Changi Airport in a Mercedes. The Oriental Club Level is terrific and most relaxing. more
