I have just back from my Hong Kong-Macau trip with a friend. Stayed 5 nights at this hostel. Spend quite some time to find the hostel since we took the wrong exit from the MTR station (the right exit is D2) but managed to get to the hostel after searching for about half an hour. I went to HK last Sept 2007 for my birthday and stayed at Hong Kong Budget Hostel. And I really enjoyed it. The room and the bathroom is very clean, it has all the basic necessities, Jackie, the owner was very accomodating, the location is great and very accessible. And the free wifi access is the best! Excellent hostel in Mong Kok. Exceptionally clean. Owner Jackie Chan most helpful. Rooms not large but more than adequate. Ensuite small but effective. Right by the Ladies Market. The real Hong Kong is on your doorstep. Value for money indeed. more
