This is a nice hotel situated in a quiet area of Venice but is only a two minute walk to the front. It's approx 10 minutes to St Marcs Square. we loved the quiet but centric location we loved the huge and quiet room we loved the big bathroom with big bath and shower we loved the breakfast in the lovely gardens only thing the air conditioning in the building was a bit too cold for me (luckyly we could control the room temperature, so it wasn't an issue) more

This is the best hotel in Venice! We already stayed here three times and we absolutely love it! It is beautiful, in full Venetian style and with the most amazing garden. It is in the heart of the "real" Venice, in the Dorsoduro District. The best Venetian secret! more

Good location, if you prefer a less touristy area and don't mind walking a bit. Building well refurbished, with good rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could improve. Clean and very recent. This hotel was really excellent. We stayed in this hotel for one night, and also the Hilton for one night - I would rate the San Sebastiano above the Hilton.
