A beautiful but sterile hotel that lacks a certain touch of warmth and friendliness. The place is a fairy tale Grand Canal palace with fresco and antiques and looks great with very spacious and well designed rooms. But up-tight service at the front desk and a frosty attitude ruins it for me. more
