Our room and the hotel were both beautiful and conveniently located near St Mark's Square. Most importantly, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and very pleasant. The front desk staff at this hotel turn this above average hotel into an "Excellent" one. I hope management takes care of these people because they are irreplaceable. more

This was a very charming hotel, with very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were nice and a good value. Breakfast was above average. Fairly easy walk from the vaporetto, even with luggage. Several cozy spots in the hotel to sit and have a drink and catch up with friends, without being in our guest rooms. more
