La Loggia was a great B&B (or A&B) to stay for our trip to Montreal! My husband and I were there for 3 nights and everything was perfect. We stayed in Room 2 (private bath), but the rooms downstairs with the shared bath looked very nice, too. The house was decorated beautifully and I loved having all the art around.... more

Great B&B! Fast & free internet was a huge bonus! Otherwise I have nothing to add to other rave reviews here, but the concept also works great for business travelers like me. more

This was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast, and I have to say, after my experience at La Loggia I am completely sold on the whole concept. Rob and Joel were charming and gracious hosts, but they also stayed out of the way and were unobtrusive. I stayed in one of the rooms on the lower floor,... more

My partner and I spent 4 nights at La Loggia. When we arrived, the hosts were more than accommodating in giving us information and making us feel comfortable in our rooms. The Rooms: We had the room which overlooked the courtyard - highly recommended. The rooms themselves were very clean, the beds and linen comfortable. The bathroom (although somewhat on... more

I was looking forward to our visit to Montreal. We arrived early, but we were greeted at the door by Rob, with humour and generosity. This has to be the most welcoming place we've ever visited, it felt like coming home. Rob & Joel suggested various places to visit, they are very centrally located so we walked to most of... more

I could not have asked for more from a B&B. The location is excellent - close to two subway stations and in walking distance of many places. The home is lovely and immaculately kept, the rooms are charming, the beds very comfortable. The garden patio in the back is the perfect setting for a relaxing breakfast. Most importantly, the hosts,... more

La Loggia was a wonderful B&B with wonderful hosts, quiet neighbors, and great location! My boyfriend and I stayed here for seven days and loved every one of them! We stayed in one of the rooms on the lower floor, but our room had an almost direct walkout to the small garden/terrace where breakfast was served every day. The bed... more

Clean, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, lovely garden patio, delightful breakfasts, charming hosts - everything you want in a B&B! Prime location, walking distance to Jazz Fest venues. I do want to take up permanent residence at La Loggia, but have settled with taking a little piece of it home in the form of a beautiful garden sculpture made by Joel. more

Our time at La Loggia was fabulous. The owners were extremely accommodating. They were friendly without being intrusive and all around excellent hosts. The rooms are wonderful - cleam, well organized and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious. The outdoor terrace is wonderful. As well, the location is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending La Loggia more

I spent a couple of days in Montreal this June and after spending them at La Loggia, I deeply regretted not having more time. Rob and Joel were the best hosts imaginable. They helped me get around the city, and made me feel incredibly at home in their beautiful small hotel/art gallery. Beauty is the key word, the rooms themselves... more
