We spent part of our honeymoon at Las Brisas and had a lovely time there. We were a little surprised at the imposed service charge which was apparently to avoid having to tip the staff. As we were staying room only we did find this cost a little steep. The private pool was amazing with beautiful views over Acapulco Bay.... more

After reading over 200 reviews on this site, I decided to book my trip and visit Acapulco. How can 200+ people be wrong??? We arrived in Acapulco and bypassed the vultures at the gate a.k.a. Timeshare Mexicans. We met the cab drivers outside and quickly negotiated a price to our hotel with a stop at Walmart for $20.. not bad.... more

The Junior suite (#363) was very nice, roomy, had a casual luxurious feel to it, great shower, large terrace with small pool (which was fine): a great room to stay and lounge. We booked a 10 day vacation at Las Brisas to celebrate my wife's birthday. We booked both the resort and 1st class airfare from NY on Aeromexico. The prices were far better than any other travel sites, the flight was incredible especially in these days of horrible travel stories. Las Brisas was FANTASTIC!!! Last week I returned from several days at “Las Brisas” Hotel. The accommodations and the service are ok, but not excellent.
